We offer health and wellbeing checks for individuals within our community. This includes making sure that those that are isolating or live alone have adiquete daily materials and resources in order for their day to run smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We facilitate mens group meetings for coaching, mentorship, counselling and health and well-being checks. This takes place by organising meet ups in a venue or cafe and open the flow for men to freely open up and get help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
